  Light box signs are sometimes called sign cabinets, cabinet signs, or illuminated box signs, all referring to the same product category.
• Light box signs are internally illuminated cabinet signs, a rectangular or custom-shaped enclosure with a printed or vinyl face panel that glows from behind. Unlike channel letters, which are three-dimensional individual characters, a light box sign illuminates the entire face of the cabinet as a single display area.
• A light box sign consists of three main components: an aluminum cabinet frame, a translucent face panel, and an internal LED lighting system. The LEDs are mounted inside the cabinet and project light evenly through the face panel, making the printed graphics visible and bright in all lighting conditions day and night.
